Our aim is to provide a service that is always improving: where all staff are responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience. We will provide a best value quality catering service, following Scottish Governments Nutritional Requirements for Food and Drink in Schools (Scotland) Regulations 2020. We currently hold the Soil Associations Bronze Food for Life award and also ISO 9001:2015 accreditation in both our Primary and Secondary School settings.

Our Menu

As part of our daily menus for all School settings, at least 75% of dishes on the menu are freshly prepared, all meat is from farms which satisfy UK animal welfare standards, no fish are served from the Marine Conservation Society ‘fish to avoid’ list, eggs are from free range hens and no undesirable additives, artificial trans fats or genetically modified (GM) ingredients are used.

Cost of a Primary School meal is £2.35 - main course including accompaniments and dessert for the day.
Cost of a Secondary School meal is £2.65 - main course including accompaniments and either a dessert or soup

Medically Prescribed Diets

As part of Scottish Government guidelines, Aberdeen City Council has a policy for Supporting pupils with medically prescribed diets as part of a health care need. If your child has a requirement for a medically prescribed diet, please contact your child’s School in the first instance to discuss.
